Hello, I am Anestis "the Greek" living in Manchester for a few years now. I have a double ensuite room available in a new build house about 3 minutes walk from Alexandra Park. including: fast internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 55' 4k tv, robot vacuum cleaner. PS4 and Nintendo Switch also available if you are interested in any gaming. RingFit for the Nintendo also available and an echelon bike, just in case there's any pandemic season 3 or something. The available room as you can see from the photos is a good size double with enough space for a desk, although if you are working from home you are going to need a proper desk chair.
Bills included: gas, electricity, water, internet, council tax, tv licence.
Little bit about myself: I am an easy going person, I work from home as a software developer, most of the time quiet and most of the time busy. I like watching documentaries, movies and good tv (if there's any). TV stays on anyway, that's the rule. Also I like going to the gym and swimming, it will be nice if you want to join me.
