Looking for someone between 5th march to 22nd April 2022. Longer is OK. Flexible short term - 3 month or 6 month.

Very convenient location. 111 bus stop is 10 steps away direct to piccadilly Gardens, less than 25minutes door to door. Service every 10minutes till midnight.
There is a grocery shop AND a post office LITERALLY below, open till 11pm. Very cheap as well!! Mostly coop products.
Has everything you need. Lidl, aldi, asda, tesco, poundland, sainsburys, morrisons, coop, all within 10mins walk. World foods, curry mile, even closer - unbelievable options for food.

Washer dryer included.
Gas cooking and heating.
Broadband internet sufficient for WfH.
All bills are included (water, electricity, gas, internet).

I am relocating to Wales for work and need someone for me to sublet the room to.
650pcm until end of my agreement.
The flat gets cleaned weekly. Bedding is included. No additional hidden fees.

There is a mature british lady who is easy to talk with. And a young Indian couple (leaving mid april) that keeps to themselves.
