Double room in professional houseshare

Double room available for professional or PhD student in two bedroom houseshare with shared living room, open kitchen/dining room and small garden.

The 111 bus into town goes directly from the end of the road and it's only a short walk to the universities and hospitals. There is an Aldi a few minutes walk away and while the area is listed as Fallowfield, it is a quiet residential road and not in the main student area.

I'm looking for someone sociable and considerate who'll see the house as their home and not just a room to rent. I'm hoping for someone who is respectful of other people's time and space, but who'll also love a chat and a cup of tea while watching something like Bake Off or Drag Race, so if that sounds like your sort of place, please get in touch! You'll also be sharing with my cat Winona - she's very friendly and loves a fuss!

Bills are included. Vegetarian preferred but not essential. I'm flexible on the move in date. I've lived in houseshares for the past 20 years so now I have my own place, I'm determined not to be a horrible landlord so keeping the rent reasonable and will actually deal with any issues!
