Victoria Point Double Room, 'Classic Bigger'

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy over summer from Sat 1st July to Fri 25th August. The room is a large, spacious, double room with modern furnishings. I am currently sharing the flat with two lovely students, and I share the bathroom with one of these (the other has an en suite). The communal space in the flat is just the kitchen, no living room, but there are really nice communal areas in the basements of the blocks. There is also a gym and cinema room just two floors down from my flat that are free to use for tenants. Victoria Point (Hello Student) is a 15min walk from the University of Manchester, 10min walk to Lidl and Tesco. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful, so feel free to book a viewing with them to see my room properly. I got my rent at a discounted price of £150p/w, whereas the usual price is £169p/w, so booking this room will be a lot cheaper than any of the other rooms of the same size that are currently advertised on the website.
