Recently Refurbed House in M40

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a flatmate to live with me and my dog, Bailey, in my home in M40.

I have a 3 bedroom home (one of them is my office) with a great living room and large kitchen. I'm a bit of a foodie, so the kitchen/pantry is well-stocked. There's also a wine fridge and full-size dishwasher.

The available bedroom is furnished and has a double bed with a memory foam mattress topper. There is a built-in pax wardrobe that goes floor-to-ceiling, so plenty of storage!

The house has a front and back garden complete with a patio, outdoor furniture, and a fire pit. Additionally, there’s a small laundry/utility room and second bathroom on the ground level.

As for myself, I'm a gay man and I work in Human Resources (obviously). My dog is an 11-year-old rescue who is completely blind. She is happiest in the company of other humans but even happier to have a cuddle. She's truly the kindest soul you'll ever meet.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is happy to spend a night-in but can also appreciate having their own space. I keep the house pretty clean, particularly the kitchen, so I'd like someone who is tidy as well.

I'm not too crazy about partying and I value my sleep, so a considerate flatmate is important to me.

Bills are included. The property is in Council Tax Band A.
