Student Accommodation Summer Sublet

Hello! I am looking to sublet my flat in Piccadilly Point(M1 2AD) over the summer. The tenancy period will be from 28th June to 24th August, approximately 8 weeks. The original rent is priced at 183pw and I am willing to let it go for a cheaper price! If you're really interested and willing to rent, I do not mind lowering the price a little more.

The room is a classic en-suite with a 3/4 bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is shared with two fridges, electric stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. There is an on-site gym, pool table, study area and laundry room. There is 24/7 security so it is very safe and the management team is very responsive!

The accommodation is just a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Station which has Sainsbury's, Boots, Starbucks, Pret, Cafe Nero, Subway, Burger King, Archie's and more!! It is approximately a 10minute walk to The University of Manchester and to the city since we are located in between the city and the campus!
