Hi! I'm sadly moving out of my flat in Salford in mid June – leaving a lovely double room with its own bathroom available.

It's furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and storage. The bathroom has three shelving units and a big shower/bath.

The building has parking, a 24-hour reception & concierge, a 24-hour gym, outdoor space, and a lounge for WFH or to reserve for events.

The flat itself has great wifi and a washer, a clean and modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a balcony.

You'd be sharing with my lovely flatmate, who is very tidy and friendly! She's a professional who works from home a few days a week.

There's a Sainsbury's and a Tesco just around the corner, and you're a 10 minute walk into town. Great transport links to Salford Quays also.

Bills not included but come to £150-200 a month depending on usage.

The deposit is £647.50 and there is a change of sharer fee of £50. You need to earn minimum £24,000 per year - if you don’t meet this then you would need a guarantor who earns at least £31,700 per year.
