Ensuite Double Room in big flat w Gym & Swim Pool

My flatmate is leaving and his room will be available from the 21st of May at 700 £ per month.

As you see from the pictures the flat is very big with lot of storage. Together with the room, you will have your own bathroom and access to the building facilities which include a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and concierge. If you need there is parking available but it comes at additional price.

The pictures included are from the original ad of the agency but the flat is still the same. There is also a virtual tour available, I can't add it in the ad but can send the link in a message

The contract will be 7 months until 21 December 2024 with option to extend. On top of the 700£ of rent other costs are (roughly) 150£ each:
- Electricity: 45 per month each
- Water: 18 per month each
- Internet: 5 per month each (~100 Mbps)
- Council: 83 per month each (we are still waiting for the council to activate the payment, but all similar flats in the building pay this amount)

I am 31 years old from Italy. I work as Lecturer in Sport Science (always in the office). I am into sports and when I am home I either read or watch some tv. I am a very sociable person but respect other's privacy. I am clean and tidy but at the same time very easy going.

I am looking for a professional around their 30sh. Someone easy going, respectful, and reasonably tidy.
