My current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, so we are looking for someone to take over her half of the tenancy.
This double-room on the 10th floor comes with a great en-suite, a large balcony and a large shared living room and kitchen area. Internet is included with the rent as well as a 24/7 concierge and an on-site gym open 05:00-00:00 7 days a week.
Secure parking is available at extra cost but you'll have to ask the letting agent about availability. There is also an on-site bike garage.
About me: I'm very relaxed, respectful and easy-going. As long as you clean up after yourself I'm happy for you to use the flat and the shared living room as you please and make sure you and your guests always feel welcome here.
The rent is £1472 total so £736 each. Bills are:

Electricity £140 (£70 each) - this I am planning to switch to a cheaper provider once my current flatmate moves out and we have settled the account.
Water £60 (£30 each)
So rent + bills is £934 total each
