It is a penthouse flat, with a large wraparound balcony with 360 degree unreal views of the Manchester skyline, Heston Park and all across the city.

Ideal for young professionals it’s is very conveniently located only a short 10 minute tram ride / car journey from the city centre. The flat is also close to all local amenities such as shops, parks, bars, public transport etc.

Parking is included. Rent is £450 per month excluding bills.

ABOUT ME:

My name is Pete and I’m currently the occupier of the flat. I’m a young professional and work in the city centre. My best mate unfortunately (for me) moved abroad last month and vacated the flat so I’m looking for someone to move into the double room.

Looking for someone who is easy going and sociable who knows the importance of creating a good homely space. And also the importance of being tidy and respecting personal space.

I’m a very chilled person and into gigs, festivals, art, reading, cooking and pretty much all sports.
