Double room + own bathroom in Northern Quarter

Hello!
My flatmate is moving on to pastures new so I am looking for someone to take over from her in our shared 2 bed flat. Move in date isn't fully confirmed but currently looking at the 2nd weekend of April or w/c 13 April.

The room is a lovely double with a big window overlooking the basin. It comes fully furnished with a king sized bed, 2 bedside tables and a big wardrobe which has hanging rails, shelves and drawers. The bed also has storage drawers underneath.
The bathroom is not ensuite, but it is private and for your sole use. The bathtub has an overhead shower, and the big mirror has a section that doesn't steam up!

The living areas are shared with me and are all open plan (kitchen/living/dining) except for a separate large cupboard which makes for a great storage space and has a washer and separate dryer. The flat is very cosy and has lovely furniture and high quality kitchen appliances.

The building itself is modern and accessible with friendly and helpful concierges, secure bike storage, and a private parcel room for deliveries - so nothing ever goes missing! It is also very pet friendly (a small fee applies) and I am absolutely happy to welcome someone who has their own canine or feline companion(s) :)

Deposit amount tbc (waiting for property manager to confirm).
Monthly costs per person are around £940 all together:
Rent: £750 (includes broadband)
Council Tax: £117.50 (Band E)
Energy: £45 to £50 depending on usage
Water: £20 to £25 (billed every 6 months)

A bit about me: originally from Spain but somehow adore England, I have been here a while but settled down in Manchester 5 years ago. I work in a professional role in Spinningfields and usually WFH 1 day a week.
I am clean, quiet and respectful, not much of a party girl and prefer nights in! I like music, books, videogames and crocheting, and love going to gigs, comedy shows or musicals when I get the chance.
Neurodivergent and/or LGBTQ+ flatmates are more than welcome, ideally want to find someone I have things in common with and who enjoys similar hobbies :)
