Cosy double bedroom in Ancoats

Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to share a relaxed and welcoming home.
The flat is lovely and your room would come with a double bed, bedside drawer and chest of drawers. The room also has a fitted wardrobe. You would also have your own bathroom to use as I have an en-suite.
The flat is in a really great location, right next to the New Islington tram stop
A bit about me — I am 28 and I work 4 days a week as a dentist so I'm usually out most weekdays. I’m tidy and considerate, and I really value having a home that feels comfortable and easy to unwind in. I enjoy a good catch-up in the kitchen, but I also totally respect personal space and downtime.
A normal week for me includes catching up on Netflix, hanging out with my partner and occasionally having friends around for dinner. I'd love to live with someone likeminded who is sociable but also enjoys their own space and has a similar lifestyle to mine

Rent - £700
Bills - Usually come up to around £150-170 a month (but can fluctuate)
The room is available from the 7th April but there is flexibility to this!
