I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be moving back to India.

💰 Rent: £540 per month
💵 If rent is paid in cash, it will be £520 per month
📅 Availability: 1st April 2026

Bills:
• Water, WiFi, and TV licence are included in the rent
• Gas and electricity cost approximately £80–£100 per month depending on usage
• Council tax – please confirm details with the letting agent

About the flat:
The flat has a shared kitchen and bathroom and is fully equipped with essential appliances including a washing machine, dryer, TV, and all necessary kitchen appliances. WiFi is already set up.

For added security, the property also has CCTV surveillance.

Flatmates:
You will be sharing with three flatmates:
• One student
• One working professional
• One quiet housemate who mostly stays in her room and keeps to herself

It’s a calm and respectful living environment where everyone values their own space.

The flat is conveniently located close to shops and public transport.
• Bus stops are only 2–3 minutes walk away
• Supermarkets such as Asda, Farmfoods, and B&M are about 10 minutes walking distance
