Flatmate needed weavers quay

Looking for a flatmate as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and taking the cat so ignore any cat items in the pictures!

I’ve lived in the flat 2 years and love it. Open plan kitchen and living room with plenty of storage. Utility room with washer/dryer and freezer. 2 bed and both have en-suites so it’s perfect!

Flat is unfurnished but I do have some bits for the living room although main bits will be moving with my flatmate. Perfect for someone who already has furniture but if not I’m happy to buy things for the living room ☺️ I do have a ninja coffee machine, airfryer and kitchen aid mixer so at least the kitchen is stocked ☺️

Perfect flat location just on the edge of the marina super close to New Islington tram stop and only a 15 min walk from town!

I’m 28 professional who works at home one day a week and the rest of the time I do long office days. I love a good glass of wine and nice meal out but also fairly chill in the house usually in bed for 9pm, wild I know! Looking for someone I can be friends with as well as live with! Sometimes have the girls round for a gossip and a wine but always welcome to join!

I also come with M&S discount so always up for a picky tea and to test all the new sweet treats!

Just awaiting confirmation if the rent is increasing and how much deposit is from Manchester Life. Bills not included but about £200 a month
