Room in lovely house in Withington

Hi! We're looking for somebody to take over a room in our lovely gorgeous house on the border between Fallowfield and Withington. Its a four bed with a large living room, kitchen with dining table and massive garden. The room itself has a double bed, dresser, wardrobe and shelves provided, with a beautiful view of the garden outside and really nice wooden flooring!

The current housemates are all professionals and we're looking for someone who is also a professional or a mature/postgrad student. We're quite an artistic, cinephile bunch and love to watch films in the living room, cook together, have meals together, etc. So open to people willing to hang out, but not too heavy on the party/late nights side. Its council tax band C and £500 a month with bills excluded. You will be signing onto the contract, so will need to pay a deposit to move in. Message me for more info/to book a viewing :)
