Cosy flat in Ancoats with private bathroom

I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over one of the rooms in a modern 2b2b flat in Ancoats / NQ. My current flatmate is going to moving out the end of May.

You’ll have your own double bedroom and a private bathroom (just across the hall) with a bath and shower. The room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage, which is quite rare in newer flats. Also a washer dryer and big bright living space with TV.

The flat is a 10-15 minute walk to both Victoria and Piccadilly. 10 mins to Piccadilly Garden. The location is very convenient. There is an allocated parking space included. If you don’t drive, we can rent it out together or have a chat about how to share or make use of it.

The rent comes to £750 without bills and bills are split evenly as standard. If you’re fully remote, we can discuss a fair adjustment.

Electricity- roughly around £120 approx(seasonal)
Water - £50 approx (seasonal)
WiFi- £20

I work full-time as marketing in beauty industry and I’m mostly in the office during the week (usually out from 7:30am to 6:30pm), with one day working from home. So I usually cook and enjoy tv time in evening during working days.

I’m looking for a female flatmate who is tidy, considerate, and has a stable full-time job, who works Mon-Fri 9-5 without shifts/ lots of weekends so ideally our routines wouldn’t be too different, xx.

References will be required and carried out by the letting agency.
