Double room available at The Grafton!

A double room (Bronze) is available at the Grafton to sub-let from end of May.

The room is located close to the university and MRI. There are ample of local shops, supermarkets, and public transport links making it a well-connected location for students.

The current contract willl be till 22nd August but can be extended on the accomodation website for the next academic year too.

Note: The room is only suitable for students.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and plenty of natural light. Tenants will also have access to a modern shared kitchen equipped with essential appliances, a clean and well-kept bathroom, and a south facing balcony, great for sunny morning coffees or evening tea.

All bills inclusive (council tax, heating, electricity, water and Wi-Fi)
