Room In Apartment (£850pcm All Inclusive)

Hi,

My name is Rich and I have double room available to rent in a penthouse apartment on floor 10 of the Vie Building in Castlefield. I have lived very happily in the apartment for around 10 years but I am very rarely there any more......so you would have pretty much full use of the entire two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and two parking spaces if you moved in!!!

My things are still in my bedroom but it can be used as a spare room when I’m not there, which is most of the time!
The room is available from February 20th 2021 but realistically I'm looking for a new flatmate ASAP at the end of February 2021 at the absolute latest.

I have one quick point:

1) This is a £850 all inclusive PCM apartment. This would be payable directly to me on the monthoversary of your moving in date. I then pay the landlord directly....this has been the arrangement for the last 10 years.

For £850pcm you get Rent, Broadband & Phone & Council Tax. Water and Electricity are also included. You also get a parking spot in the car park included too.

This is a very cool apartment! Whenever I have advertised this flat before, I have been inundated with responses….so don’t mess around!

The Apartment.......

The apartment is 15 minute walk to the centre of town and has beautiful panoramic views across Manchester and down the River Irwell towards Stretford.

It's a modern two bed, two bathroom apartment so no sharing bathrooms and also comes with a parking space (two in total for the flat) for no extra cost.

The lounge is modern and has a large corner balcony (south facing) with great views down the river irwell towards Man United.

The bedroom is fully furnished and is a very good size.

- No dishwasher (unfortunately!)

Bills Etc.........

As mentioned, this is an all inclusive apartment. It is £850pcm payable to myself on the monthoversary of your moving in date every month.

You will need to pay a deposit of £500 upfront to secure this apartment (you'll clearly get it back at the end when you haven't trashed the place)

I pay the landlord directly on the 2nd of the month....so please pay money directly to me (on the 1st of the month) rather than the landlord. He prefers the money to come in one lump from one person. I will pay him directly the total amount.

What I’m looking for.......

I’m looking for a sociable, friendly, tidy, respectful, male/female professional preferably between the age of 24 to 42.

My situation

I work in the north west mainly in strategic partnerships and sales and travel around the country a fair bit. I like to consider a flatmate to be a friend also and not just someone I live with.

I've lived here 10 years so far...but I am looking to buy a house in the not too distant future and most of the time I live in north Lancashire with my girlfriend. I stay occasionally at weekends and dependent on where I get my next job.....could move back on a part time basis.
