My name is Lauren and I am a friendly, professional female looking for similar to share my cosy, modern 3 bed terraced home in the lovely New Moston area of Manchester, 10min away from the City Centre.

The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with 2 supermarkets, restaurants, take away's and corner shops within walking distance. Plenty of on street parking is available and there are numerous nearby bus stops for easy and quick access to both Manchester City Centre and Oldham town centre.

There is also a train station and Met station, both are only a 10min walk away connecting New Moston and Victoria station and Oldham Town centre/Rochdale/Bury in approx 10min.

The house has central heating and electricity systems, and has been fully refurbished with a modern theme running throughout. The bathroom has recently been remodelled and there are both a bath and power shower available. The room available is a sizable double room. Personal bedroom furniture welcome.

I am a professional in the Education and Theatre industries and so work long hours many days of the week. I am clean and tidy and enjoy reading, socialising with friends, cooking, and relaxing on my days off.

Prospective tenants should be friendly, clean and tidy and considerate, preferably a non-smoker.

You would have access to the broadband facilities.
