We are a friendly accommodation which offers private luxury rooms for professionals and interns.

If you are discrete, serious with a good hygiene, able to take on some rules and willing to make new friends this accommodation is for you.

We strive to have a CLEAN property i. e. If you cannot wipe your space after eating, if you are used to leaving your plates in the sink for hours or if you can't empty a bin that is full, then I recommend not to continue reading this ad. This property ONLY suits people who look after themselves and are not expecting others to do so.

The building is a NON-SMOKING BUILDING so we only accept NON-SMOKERS. Please do not consider this property if you smoke once a week or once every month.

I cannot answer to those who have a budget lower than the minimum asking price.

Please note Internet is provided free of charge.

We provide:
Fully furnished kitchen with all utensils, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher

WE DO NOT HAVE A WASHING MACHINE-
The laundrette is conveniently located (5mn walking distance from the property) for individual washing.

-Contract of 5 months or more can benefit from a 3% discount when the full payment for the duration of the stay is paid. Discount not cumulative.

We DO NOT ACCEPT COUPLE. We do not provide shared rooms. Only 1 person per room. Therefore any questions about the above I will NOT reply.

N. B. Please note that this is a private property. we ONLY accept the person staying at the property, NO visitors, friends or family members are allowed to visit or to stay. Same here, Do not ask me whether you can bring someone I will NOT reply.
