Double room with Ensuite in city centre apartment

I have a double room available in a lovely two bed flat in Salford, just off Blackfriars road.

The flat is walking distance to pretty much everywhere in the centre. Five mins walk to Spinningfields, less than ten mins to the Arndale and about fifteen mins to Northern Quarter or Piccadilly. You will have your own bathroom and there is a good sized balcony going right across the length of the living room. The room and flat is fully furnished and I have already bought lots of new bits for the flat like pots, pans, plates etc so no need to worry about buying new stuff.

I recently moved from Liverpool to Manchester for work so looking for someone to share the flat with. I'm quite a relaxed person usually just chill and watch tv through the week after work, have a few quiet drinks or chill out on the balcony. Of a weekend I'm normally out for food and drinks, I also go back to Liverpool or to see friends in other cities some weekends so you will have the flat to yourself every now and then.

I would preferably be looking for a female flatmate who I can have the occasional glass of wine and a girly chat with after work but I would consider a male flatmate too. And I'm ideally looking to share with a young professional of a similar age.

The rent is £450 per month, bills are not included but should come to around £120. The estate agent will also need to do referencing which will be a fee of £200.

The flat is available from the 13th August. I am still in the process of signing for the flat so will be able to arrange viewings from around the 1st August but I’m more than happy to meet up for a drink or coffee before then for a chat about the flat and to see if we get on.
