We have one double room available in a great location. The University and Hospital are within a 10 minute walk, with local shops and amenities on the door step.

The rent includes all bills with high speed internet broadband, council tax. The landlord also pays for a cleaner once a month and a gardener who takes care of the lawn and hedges. The bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs are newly refurbished as is the kitchen and living room. There is a large garden to the rear which is great in the summer and off road parking for two cars.

We're looking for a house mate who is like minded and will look after the place like we do. The room is £550 pcm all inclusive with a £25 pcm discount available for those signing up to a 12 month contract.

We have one room available from 1st February.
