The house is in a very private location which includes on street parking, ideally located to the M60 ring road. There is a 5 min walk to a bus service and tram stop to surrounding areas. It can take 30 minutes from leaving the house to the centre of town.

The house is very homey, it was the showhome of the new build houses so all finishes in the house are of top quality.

Shops are also located around the corner. I have a welcome to your house pack that includes transport links, things nearby and other useful information. Major supermarkets close by. Pure Gym close.

A TV can be mounted onto the wall in the bedroom.
