Spare double room in a 2 bedroom flat - M13

Hi, I am a PhD student at the University of Manchester and I am looking for a flatmate in a 2 bedroom flat.
The common areas include: a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a small storage room.
The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine with drying function. Also, we have all the necessary kitchen utensils so you don’t need to buy anything extra (pans, pots etc.).
The location of the house is very convenient for students. UoM Students` Union is 10 minutes and North campus is less than 20 minutes walking distance.
The advertised room is a good size double room with a desk, office chair, bookshelf, double bed and a large wardrobe. The building is only 3 years old so the furniture and the flat itself is still very clean.
I am an easy-going and sociable person. I generally work ~9am-6pm. I enjoy cooking if I have time. I am an organized person and do my share of maintaining the place clean and tidy.
The rent of the room is £500 including the bills. The place will be available to move into on 1st April.
