Nice and spacious double room to rent in a cozy house in a very quiet area.
The room is fully furnished as shown in the pictures; it has a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, a computer desk with a chair, the wardrobe is quite big and the window overlooks the garden.
The house has a fully equiped kitchen and beautiful garden where you can relax
There is a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs.
If you have a car you can park right in front of the house, there is plenty of street parking, if not you have bus stops 5 minutes walk from the house, buses will take you to the city center in about 20/25 min.
There are also two different tram stations near the house, 13/14 minutes walk: Central Park and Newton Heath, and in only 2/3 stops you will be at Victoria Station.
The rent is 450 pounds a month with all bills included and 200 pounds for the deposit, the minimum stay is six months and you can stay as long as you like.
You will be sharing with two of us, we are working full time easy-going and respectful so we are looking to share with someone alike.

No agency fees.
