Bright Dbl, Heart Of Nqr - All Bills

Available right now. Hi there, have decided to rent out my second bedroom in my bright and highly furnished NQ flat. Flat is 5 minutes from Picadilly Station, with loads of cool bars, restaurants and coffee shops on your doorstep! I lived in the NQ for my first year in Manchester and in my view no other part of the City compares. Flat sits in a grade 2 listed building (unique in Manchester)and room is a very good sized double with loads of light and wardrobe space. The natural light was a must when I bought it. All fittings and appliances are high end, so it's important that my flatmate treats the place as their own and feels welcome.

I'm extremely social, so would be good to find someone like-minded, respectful, clean and down to earth. Other than that, I'm pretty chilled. I work standard day hours, and spend quite a few weekends away a year so plenty of time to yourself also if wanted.

I'm very into languages and speak a few fluently including Spanish and Portuguese (have lived abroad for quite a bit)

All bills incl, even a weekly clean. - No hassle. I know it can be hard to provide a deposit equivalent of 1 months' rent so i am not asking for that either. Contract will be rolling monthly to give us both maximum flexibility. No agency fees etc, flat is owned by me :) If interested please give me a message and we can arrange a viewing.
