Lovley room with private bathroom in 2 bed flat

I'm looking for a new housemate to share a 2 bed flat with in Manchester city centre as my current housemate is moving out on 10th August! I'm a 24 year old young professional working 9-6 monday to Friday in Oldham. Looking for a female housemate who is of a similar age and has similar working hours! Hoping to find someone who will be a good (tidy and clean) flatmate but also a new friend! I enjoy socialising with friends and the occasional glass of wine and night out but not every weekend. I do like a good natter and am looking to find a flatmate to watch crappy tv with, but I do also like time to myself. Please no hermits!!


Also please note I have a very severe allergy to nuts and sesame so need someone who can be careful with what they eat / understands my issue!!

The room is available from 11th August and I need someone to move in asap after that date. The room comes with the main bathroom as I have an en suite room and is fully furnished (double bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers). The bathroom is big and has a shower over a bath.

No parking is available with the property. The flat Is in a great location only about a 5 minute walk from the Northern Quarter, the Printworks, Victoria station and the Arndale.

Bills come to around £150 each a month (council tax, electricity, wifi, water, tv license). So rent (£450) + bills = roughly £600 a month.
