Lovely bungalow in a perfect location for professional. Walking distance to the city centre.

My housemate bought his own house and so I am looking for somebody to replace him.

Walking distance to city centre and Piccadilly train station. Situated in the middle of two tram stops and frequent buses to town.

Room is an en-suite. I have my separate bathroom.
We also have a spacious garden and car park.

There is a big living room with a comfy sofa and a desk.
We also have a massive and fully fitted kitchen if you are into cooking.

Rent is £480 and at the moment bills included is £650.
Council tax, water, electric, gas and internet are included in this price.
Gardening fees are not included.

Ideally I am looking for a professional (no full time students) with similar lifestyle and interests as me.

I am a friendly and easy going person. I like cooking, watching Netflix series and dramas. I like chatting with other people, but I am also quite reserved and like my own space.

No party animals.
