It has a balcony to enjoy the view and smoking is allowed here. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and features high-quality fittings and integrated appliances. The washing machine is less than 3 months old, the heater in your room is less than a month old, and have a new roller blind on your window. You can also ask for a secure parking space if you need.

I rented this place by myself and currently living with a Chinese girl who works in the city. The room is out only because I am leaving abroad earlier than I planned. You would be paying 750pcm without bills. I will still be paying the bills, and this will be divided by the 2 tenants. My tenancy started on 24th, Sep 2018 for a year and I prefer someone who can stay until the end of the tenancy, which is 20th, Sep 2019.
