The apartment would suit an easy-going person; someone that is friendly, sociable, and likes to keep a place clean and tidy, and most importantly doesn't make unnecessary noise between 11.30pm-7.30am during the week.

The apartment has 3-bedrooms. All bedrooms have individual locks, so your belongings are secure at all times. The available room is 3.4m x 3m in size.

You would also be sharing the bathroom with only 1 other person, who is female.

The apartment has an open plan lounge/kitchen, furnished with two sofas, dining table, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooker, TV, broadband, and a great view of Salford Central train station, for those of you who love to watch trains. :-)
