Double Bedroom available in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment just outside of the Northern Quarter.
There is a communal space consisting of open plan kitchen, dining area and living area.
Cost would be £620 per calendar month, which includes all rent & utilities as well as access in the living room to Netflix and Now TV (Sky Entertainment and Sky Movies).

As I have an en-suite bathroom, the master bathroom would predominantly be 'exclusive' with the bedroom, except if anyone is visiting they do use the main bathroom.

As I am not from Manchester, I do get friends and family visiting over weekends and like to host with a few bottles of wine...New Flatmates always encouraged to join in on these occasions!
My boyfriend works away, so will come and stay on weekends when able, or I will stay at his meaning there might be a house full, or you would have free rein of the place for weekends.

I can work long hours with my job, (typically from 09:30 - 18:30 on a 'normal' day) so you might see me every day for 3 weeks, but then my changing hours might mean I disappear for the next 2 weeks. Due to the nature of my job, I am sometimes up very early and in very late....but i'll generally keep you aware so you don't think i've gone out one day and not come back!

Having been lucky to always have great housemates that I've lived with for over 24 month periods, i'm looking for someone to not just rent a room but also spend free time with. It's important to me to find someone who will say yes if i'm ordering that takeaway I shouldn't (although Two for Tuesday's exist for a reason!), pop over the road to The Marble Arch with, or find the latest show to binge watch on Netflix.

The room is available from Friday 14th June, please get in touch if you would like any more details. I can be slightly flexible with dates, as my previous housemate has just moved out, but I am looking to give the room a coat of paint to freshen it up before a new housemate moves in.
