Double room and Bathroom in Manchester City Centre

Hi!

I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over a room asap in July

Great flat in a good location (M1 postcode), in the city center, 5 minutes from Piccadilly station, 10 minutes to Northern Quarter and shops etc.

The flat has a spacious lounge, kitchen dining area, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The room available is a good size double, fully furnished and has sole use of the main bathroom (bath and in bath shower). Also a parking space in a secure garage.

I am a young professional working in marketing and have been living in Manchester for around 7 years. I'm easy going and friendly and would like someone the same, who would keep the place relatively tidy. I can also respect peoples space.

The rent is £925 total per month and with bills (council tax, water, electric, broadband and tv license) split equally would be around £600 to depending on what provider we chose.
