Hi!

I am moving out of this lovely room in Manchester City centre and looking for someone to take over my contract. The room is available from 17th June. The contract runs out on 1st of September but you will be welcome to extend afterwards..

The room is absolutely huge! It is fully furnished and has en-suite with a very powerful shower. The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment with a very spacious living / kitchen area + balcony. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and all other gadgets. The apartment is in a very nice development that has secure bike storage, underground car parking (space needs to be rented at an extra cost) and a 24-hour concierge to collect your parcels. Not to mention, it is right in the city centre. I am sad to leave this apartment, as it is truly a rare find!

You will be sharing the apartment with my lovely flatmate Ana. She is 25 and a Junior Doctor. She enjoys some company watching TV in the evenings or to have some dinner or beers together. She is also an amazing cook and might feed you sometimes if you are nice! She will also be moving out sometime in August so if you wish to extend the contract, you can get one of your friends to move into this amazing apartment with you.
