City centre apartment on the canal

Double bedroom available in an apartment with two girls. Both young professionals, aged 26 and 27. Myself and one of the girls moved in 4 months ago. I am moving to another city and we are looking for someone to take the room :)

The room has a large double bed, plenty of storage (things can also be stored under the bed) and an amazing view of the canal (see the photo). You will share the large bathroom with one other girl.

There is a washing machine and ample room for everyone to dry their clothes in the hall. Loads of room to store shoes in the hall too. There are two balconies in the kitchen/diner/lounge. The lounge has a TV with a firestick for Netflix and catch-up TV.
The building itself is very secure and has a code entry system.

The girls keep everything tidy and they are looking for someone who will do the same. They are super easy going and like to hang out together in the lounge. Equally, they have their own lives and respect your privacy.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from a large Aldi, Pure Gym, M&S and Go Outdoors. Also a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Station and less than 10 minutes to the city centre.

Rent is £448 per month. Bills come to just less than £100 per month each. We rent our parking space out to another tenant in the building for £60 per month, so we each get £20 from that. There is a one off agency fee of £222.

The room is available from the start of September.
