I have a double bedroom with a private bathroom available in Manchester City Centre in the Grand - near the Northern Quarter, Piccadilly Station and the main shopping district.

There is a concierge on reception, and a roof terrace. This is a fully furnished property.

It will be available from 21st Sept 2020

The rent is 475PCM not including bills.
Internet is - £10
Electricity is - £33
Council Tax works out to be about 70 per month so 590 for everything roughly.

Although if you are also a full time student we would be exempt from council tax: making the total £520.

Ideally I’m looking for one other female who is socialable and chilled. I’d like to become friends with whoever it is I live with. I work full time and study a masters in Graphic Design.

It is a minimum of 12 months contract - this is non-negotiable (sorry). There is a deposit of £549 which would be put into a protection scheme, there is a one off admin fee of £120.00.
