Lovely Double In The City Centre

Sadly, my lovely flat mate and friend is moving out so I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over her tenancy from the 1st September, though this could be stretched to October to suit.

I’m 26 and work in the city Centre Monday to Friday for the arts council (currently I'm WFH)
Generally about as stereotypical at they come when it comes to interests, into cross stitching, Pilates, going to different events / classes / exhibitions / going out for food etc (when that was a thing!)
Also really into cooking good veggie food, discovered beetroot hummus in Barca and was frankly enlightened so make that on the reg.
I’m looking for a clean, respectful and social flatmate, who’d like to be friends as well as flatmates.

I do enjoy the occasional drink but I’m not really a party animal so this probably isn’t the flat for you if you are 😊

The flat is very centrally located, only a 5-minute walk from Victoria station and the Arndale, so ideal if you work in the city centre.
The room is a spacious double with your own bathroom opposite the décor is neutral so you can really make it your own space!

Long term lets only and professionals only.
Rent is £420 a month
Bills tend to be between £130-150
Deposit is £425
