Double room available in 3 bedroom stylish apartment, 5 minutes walk from the City centre. The flat itself is situated on the infamous Anita street. One of Manchester’s hidden treasures. Quiet and picturesque whilst still just round the corner from the City centre, literally a 5 minutes walk to the Northern Quarter and just a street away from the newly developing Cutting Room square. Rudy’s, Jane Eyre, Ancoats General Store, Vietshack, Mustard Tree and an Aldi on your doorstep. The flat is light, spacious, clean and full of character with original wooden floorboards in all the bedrooms and huge vintage mantelpiece and big bay windows, yet has been recently refurbished just last year so it has a very retro yet modern vibe. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room and a big back yard that is shared with just one flat (they’re lovely!) downstairs and 2 car parking spaces available.

The room is small but cosy. Definitely recommend viewing as the pictures do not do it justice. Comes with bed, small chest of drawers and clothes rail. Room overlooks the front of the street and gets gets plenty of light. The flat will have just been recently repainted just before you move in.

All formal stuff aside, here’s a bit about us :)

We are Chloe (28, English) and Michaela (27, Irish) and both work in hospitality. We met here on spare room and have been best pals ever since. Mik has been here for 3 years. and I have been here for just over 2 and we honestly don’t ever want to leave. We do love a good sesh or night out but also like chill nights in together, however we also respect each other’s privacy and space. Not looking for just someone to fill a room but someone who we can be friends with and loves this flat as much as we do :)
