I'm looking for a new flatmate for my 2 bedroom flat.
The flat is on Jutland Street - next to Piccadilly train station but off main roads, so very quiet!

The bedroom available is a double, and included is a bedframe, a mattress, 2 x chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room is spacious so you can move in lots of your own furniture.

You will also have exclusive use of the master bathroom as I have an en-suite.

The rent is £475
The bills are approx: £132 (council tax, water, electric and internet)
The total for bills and rent is approx £606.50 depending on usage. This will be lower during summer months!

Flat compromises of:

2 x double bedrooms
An open plan living / dining area
A kitchen in an alcove connected to the living / dining area. Kitchen includes a dishwasher.
2 x bathrooms (one en-suite in my room, and the master bathroom).
A utility cupboard (including a washer / dryer)
A hallway / entrance into the flat
A Juliette balcony

About me:

My name is Kim. I'm 25 and a professional working in the city centre. My interests include fitness (CrossFit specifically!), music, art and reading.

I'm looking for someone relaxed, easy to live with and hopefully with similar interests.

I'm looking for someone to move in ASAP, but with Coronavirus obviously a huge barrier this can be discussed. I can meet you via Skype and do virtual viewings so you can see the flat whilst government restrictions are happening.
