Double bedroom available, in a 2-bedroom apartment, where you would have the main bathroom for yourself. The apartment is just across the river from Spinningfields and 5 min away from Salford Central Station. The room is in The Slate Yard proprieties with free on-site gym. The building has also 24/7 concierge and a common lounge. Bills are not included; council tax is approx. 100£ per person and other bills are not expected to exceed 30£ per person.

My roommate is relocating, so I am looking for someone to take her place. Move in date is not after 1st of July but she says that she can be flexible for you to move in starting at 15th June if that is what you want/need.

I am looking for someone that is clean and tidy. I am looking for someone that is capable of socializing while at the same time can be respectful of other people’s space. No party animals please.
