The room for rent is a double bedroom with en-suite. Large window and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table

This apartment has high ceilings and plenty of windows and a large, open plan kitchen and living area. kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing/dryer

Underground parking space is not included in the price but is negotiable. Also would have to speak with the property managers regarding availability of parking spaces

I am a 25 year old and work in a bar looking for a friendly professional flatmate to share the apartment with. I work mostly evenings and late nights
