Spacious double room with ensuite

My lovely flatmate is moving out meaning the second room is available in my flat from 7 January (can be flexible on exact dates).

The room is really spacious with a big ensuite. All the furniture and fittings throughout the flat are brand new and very modern, and the floor to ceiling windows (double glazed) mean there is plenty of natural light! The bedroom comes furnished with the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables but this leaves plenty of room to add more furniture if you wanted a desk for example (as per the photos). The kitchen has plenty of storage and also a dishwasher (as well as the usuals like combined washing machine/dryer). There's also a massive walk-in storage cupboard for us to share so frees up storage space in your room!

The building is really central so has plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as being 10 min walk to both Victoria and Picadilly train stations. There's a 24 hour concierge as well as 3 rooftop terraces which should be great when summer comes around!

Bills average around 100pcm across the year (slightly more in winter, slightly less in summer).

A bit about me, I'm looking for a housemate who would like to be friends and go out for food/drinks together as well as having some chilled nights at home! I do also like my own space at times so very much respect other people also needing that. I work for an accountancy firm based in central Manchester but currently work from home several days a week. Outside work I like cooking/baking, yoga, going out for food and drinks and painting!
