Spare Room With Your Own Bathroom!

HI guys!!

I’m looking to rent the spare room in my apartment! I’ve never done this before so I’ve no idea what to say! The room will come with your own bathroom (which I only use if I have a bath as my room is en suite) so practically your own 😂

The biggest part of the house is the dog (he’s actually tiny) he’s a 6 month old cavapoo, very friendly and very affectionate. So if you don’t like dogs, you’re probably odd anyway. If you’re do....he’ll love you!

Anyway-

So, the apartment block comes with a free gym, which is pretty decent if you can be bothered using it, a cinema, laundrette and a restaurant (which isn’t quite ready yet)

Me-

I’m a 30 year older model agent who lived here from London nearly a year ago (I’m originally northern though) I was some odd hours and travel with work often so you’d get your own space. I’m pretty chilled out! If you wanted mates over etc I’d stay out of your way for a bit.
