Hi there! My name is Josie and I am currently looking for some to take over my lease. Here's a little bit about my current flatmate who you would be living with:

We're looking for someone who is a masters student or young professional who doesn't smoke and doesn't have pets! Alex prefers a male flatmate who is laidback, easy-going, and easy to talk to. We would also be more than happy to set up a time for you to tour the apartment, if you'd like! The move-in date would be 1st April, 2022.
