This room will be available for an initial 6 months from the end of May.

The flat has two floors. Upstairs is the living room and next to that is my bedroom. Downstairs you'll find the kitchen, bathroom and next to that is your bedroom.

It's a nice and cosy apartment, which is surprisingly quiet most of the time, considering the central location. You'll get some noise during the weekend - but that's to be expected with it being so central.

A bit about me: I will spend pretty much all of my time working and going to the gym. I don't drink or smoke and have lived in Manchester all my life.

Some pros about living here:

Great location so everything is walking distance
Communal 'Japanese style' garden - which is nice when the weather is good
Quiet
Friendly neighbours
Two floors
Large windows in kitchen for natural light
Bills included
Furnished: Bed-frame, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe all included

And some cons:

No dryer, only a washing machine
The 'view' out of your window is straight at a wall
Not a huge amount of natural light from the bedroom windows
