My employer's just asked me to relocate so I'm helping out my letting agent finding a replacement for myself in this fantastic 1 bed in Jefferson Place, the Green Quarter.
Location, amenities (Co-op in the Quarter, Cheetam Hill shopping centre down the road), Manchester Victoria 5 mins down the road....cannot stress any more highly! The flat is ideally facing the internal court so very quiet and facing greenery from the balcony.
It's also quite warm and well-built so not using heating that much, bills will likely stay low!
Council tax is about 130 a month for a single person at the moment, water looks about 90 quid a quarter (for a single person) and electricity is volatile given the current prospective changes, so cannot put my finger on that (no gas in the property).
This is seriously a steal, very sorry to be leaving this place.
I might also leave behind further furniture for a small cost if the relevant person will be interested.
