Here’s some info about this tenancy:
I am currently renting this flat and looking to move out. The agency, YPP Lettings, have informed me that a new tenant will be able to take over my tenancy agreement.

The rent is £899/pm, which is paid on a bi-monthly basis. So you would pay £1798 on January 1st, and that would cover rent for January and February. The next payment of £1798 would be made March 1st which would cover March and April, and so on…

Deposit - 2 months rent of £1,798.00 and a 5 week deposit of £1,037.30 = £2,835.30

Council tax is approx £100/month.

This tenancy lasts until August 2022.

Ideally I would be looking to move out by December.
