I'm looking for a flatmate to take the other room in my 2 bed, 3rd floor apartment in the Jutland House in the Picadilly Basin. The room sizes are larger than most of the others I have viewed and there is plenty of storage space in the room.
The flat has 100mb up/10mb down internet which will be slightly less than £10 each per month. Including bills, the total rent should be less than £800 per month (not 100% as i only moved in at the end of December)
The kitchen has a dishwasher, two fridges and a freezer. The balcony is quite large and has a nice view down the canal, in the summer it has the sun until about 1pm.
I'm quite easy going, not up tight about the place being immaculate. I work from home and will probably move my desk into my room which will free up a bit more space in the lounge. Im looking for someone who is up for going out every now and then, preferably not someone ill never see.
