My current flatmate is moving out so I have a room available in a 6th floor 2-bed flat in New Islington on the canal. The room is available from 1st June.
The room itself is unfurnished, but includes a walk-through wardrobe so you don't need much more than a bed. The living room is already furnished by me. The room has an en-suite bathroom (mine is pictured) and the building has 24/7 concierge service, secure bike storage and a gym. The flat is full of plants, so if you're not into that, this won't be the place for you!
Rent will be £635 a month, bills (including Wifi, electricity, water and council tax band C) are around £170 a month.
About me:
I've been in Manchester for 4 years, I'm originally from London. I work in healthcare pretty much 9-5 Mon-Fri. I'm vegan so I want to live with someone who doesn't eat meat (but dairy is no problem). I'm looking for someone who will keep the kitchen clean and be respectful of the fact it's a shared space.
Would be nice to find someone who could be mates as well as flatmates!
