En-suite room with parking - Green Quarter - July

Hello!

I’m Dominic, 30, and I’m looking for someone to move into the main bedroom of the flat I rent.

My current flatmate is moving out end of June, and I’m looking for someone to replace. My current flatmate has the ensuite bedroom for £650 a month (including bills), we’re based in a nice two bed apartment in the green quarter, everything furnished and the flat is nice, modern and clean. It’s a good area, close to town, but kinda feels tucked away and safe.

I work full time in marketing, and split my time between working from home and in the office. Ideally - I’d prefer if my new flatmate did similar or worked in their place of work full time.

I’d like a flatmate with their own thing going on, but also someone who I can chill with, watch Netflix with, drinks, vent to about life 😂 and try to cook without burning the flat down etc…
