The available room features a double bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, and is fully furnished. Additionally coming with 2 side tables, a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, and a heater.
The flat features a large living room and kitchen/dining area. As well as a long balcony. A wash room with a washer/dryer. And an additional bathroom with a bath.
There is also a private parking garage at the base of the building, with a parking fob for the flat to open the shutters.
The flat is also only 5mins around the corner from Victoria Station, and about a 15min walk to Piccadilly Gardens.
The total rent is £512.50 per month, per person (£1025pcm total). Bills aren't included in the rent, but they shouldn't amount to much depending on your usage. Internet is £20pp (£40 total) per month as its fast Virgin fibre optic.
